    I was suffering from some major problems like depression, anxiety, and stress. I have taken different counselings but couldn’t find a helpful cure for this. This book came into my attention. After reading this book I figured out what to do and what not to do. This book also describes the disadvantages of not taking proper rest daily. I found some tips in this book to sleep early. This book also has some simple tricks to meditation which helps to find inner peace and rest for the body. I followed most of them and I think this book has helped me in lots of ways.

    This is hands down one of the most insightful and well-researched books I’ve read on sleep. It was a very engaging read and provided a lot of small tips and tricks that I’m looking forward to putting into practice. The author starts out with his own personal story and moves into a more technical and scientific discussion of the inner workings of how sleep affects our bodies – a theme that continues throughout the book. My favorite aspect of the book was the Power Tips scattered throughout the chapters, which gave real, actionable insights on how we can better ourselves through sleep.
