    I could not believe how close this book has made my bf and I. At first I bought it as a cheesy valentines day present and we did a question that night and were hooked. The questions are designed to help bring out qualities and habits that your partner enjoys or doesn’t. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to strengthen your relationship and get to know your partner on a deeper level!

    The key is not to avoid having negative emotions, it’s to not let them spiral out of control. Recognize that a thought is just a thought. It can’t hurt you. It’s nothing more than a cloud passing through the sky of the mind. Trying to avoid anything just makes it worse. While it sounds funny, you have to face your fears in order to master them. Mindfulness has helped me tremendously with this one.
