    This book came at a time that has been quite challenging in my life. I have skimmed through the book. Read a couple of chapters. What I Love is the simplicity yet complexity of each chapter and the exercises. I love that she begins the book dispelling myths and pointing out that mindfulness does NOT go against any religion. As a person with a fundamentalist upbringing I was taught that meditation and things such as the practice of mindfulness go against God. I just started reading this book yesterday. It is great. More of an exercise than a book. Great book.

    The Author well writes it. I’m satisfied with this Plant-Based Whole Food Recipes guidebook. Overall smart eBook for everyone. Grateful from the Author. things being what they are, how would we understand that ceaseless torrential slide of material. Because I also rely on amazon reviews when researching purchases, I try to make my reviews as helpful and unbiased as I can. I will update my review if anything happens to change my opinion.

    Love this book and have reread it too! Easy to understand and follow, great way to relax and handle stress and anxiety. After reading and practicing, I have found I can handle work stress and other stress with a clearer mind and calmer disposition. There was a time where I pushed my practicing to the side and I could tell a difference! Continually practicing these meditations is key…even if you have to start over again.
