    I want to start off by saying first and foremost this book works. My father has recently passed away and I was looking for things I could turn to to relieve myself of some of the severe anxiety I’ve been experiencing. This book has been a god send.

    I had never used meditation previously before this book. However, I was able to easily employ the techniques referenced in this book to begin my quest for inner peace. Meditation has now become a daily ritual for me. I begin my day with a half hour session and I like to end my day with a half our session. I immediately begun to have better sleep and I am now less stressed throughout the day.

    I recommend this book to anyone looking to get into the science of meditation. It is easy to read and easy to follow.

    I am new to the practice of meditation and was looking for a book that describes some of the basics to get me started. Although this book is small,it describes some of the methods in good detail . I would recommend this book to anyone starting out meditation for the first time.
