Modern life can be extremely stressful. Work, money and family can all be stressful, but you might not be helping yourself either. Rubbish in, rubbish out as ye old saying goes.

What you are eating might be causing you higher levels of stress so we have compiled a list of foods to avoid and a list of foods that are rumored to reduce stress.

Some foods are better than others are reducing stress. All of this is based on rumors, we provide no scientific evidence at all, but its probably worth a try.
